How soon do your cookies ship out?

We currently ship every Tuesday and will take approximately 1-2 business days to be delivered to your door

Can I change my order?

If your order has already been printed for shipping and fulfilment, we can not make any changes to your order. 

How should I store my cookies?

Cookies are best stored at room temperature in a cool dark place and eaten within 2 weeks. 

I have a nut allergy, can I still eat your cookies?

All of our cookies are baked where wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts are all present and therefore cannot eliminate risk. If you have a severe allergy then we do not recommend the consumption of our products for your safety    

What is the shelf life of the cookies?

As we bake our products without preservatives then we suggest they be eaten within 2 weeks. If you think that it will take longer, we recommend placing them in an airtight container and freezing as soon as you receive them and then can be consumed up to a month later. To bring them back, allow to thaw to room temperature and then you can place them in the microwave for 10 seconds
